Our Services

Rent Only Service
Our tenant find service only includes the full marketing, tenancy referencing, rental agreement, organizing open house viewings, booking in virtual and face to face viewings, and collecting of the initial rent plus the tenants deposit. With this service the landlord will then have ongoing responsibility for the rent collection from the tenant(s) and full management of the property.

Full Management Service
Our full dedicated management team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We will handle all ongoing maintenance issues. This gives all our landlords peace of mind. Tenants will have their own personal mobile number who can contact us 24 hours, 7 days a week if they have an issue within their rental.

Property Management Fees:
- One off set up fee 150 euros
- Ongoing monthly 10% of rental income
