Our Services
Let Only Service
Our tenant find service only includes the full marketing, tenant referencing, tenancy agreement, organising open house viewings, booking in virtual and face to face viewings, and collecting the first month’s rent plus the tenants deposit. With this service the landlord will then have ongoing responsibility for the rent collection from the tenant(s) and full management of the property at a one off fee of 75% of the first month’s rent plus VAT.
Full Management Service
Our full dedicated management team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We will handle all ongoing maintenance issues. This gives all our landlords peace of mind. Tenants will have their own personal mobile number who can contact us 24 hours, 7 days a week if they have an issue within their tenancy.

Tenant Find: 75 % of Rent
- Tenancy Agreement
- Preparation of photographic/video Inventory
- Registering deposit with recognised deposit protection scheme
- Tenant referencing
- Obtain meter readings for change of utilities
- Transfer of rent
- Arrange and conduct in person individual viewings and open house viewings
- Offer negotiation
- Tenant selection
- Arrange virtual viewings
- 6 monthly property inspections
- Property Maintenance Handling (24 hour tenants repair line)
- Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
- Supply Board outside property (Where possible)
- Market the property and advertise on relevant portals
- Pursue non-payment of rent
- Holding of keys
- End of tenancy (check out) our lettings team will visit the property and check the overall condition of the property against the Inventory and supply to landlord
Property Management Fees:
- One off set up fee £150
- Ongoing monthly 10% of rental income
